This is not a street legal vehicle but it is an interesting picture. The driver needed to drop the very back box, and had to hook a new lead trailer. The whole set is only hooked long enough for the driver to hook his new set of triple, and as he pulls away, he drops the back box.

Ive done it before it yards when I get there with a set of triples and have to drop the back box and find a new lead.

 

Ive always wanted to hook about 10 pups together and pull them around the yard....

Maybe the day before I retire.

 

LOL yeah.......Thats worth losing my pension over!

Maybe Ill go get a job in the side at one of these rag tag LTL operations like Central Transport just so I can do it.

 

Thats why they always route our loaded trailers downhill!

I wonder how many trailers it would take before you could actually crash the tractor into the back of one of them.
