WHOA!!! I wasn't bragging I was just telling the OP why "people like me" "steal" fuel. If the OP was getting ripped off all he has to do is set limits on how many gallons his driver can pump for that trip as one company did to us that worked there.

So because of the decisions they made they can be justified for fraud, and theft???????

Wow do you let the urban outdoors man rob you because he has to sleep on the curb:biggrin_2556::biggrin_25526:

No you disable the looting piece of animal excrement:biggrin_25510:

And in my opinion the looting piece of animal excrement that helps them in the theft:biggrin_25516:

They are both dishonest thieves that should be summarily disabled right there.:biggrin_25525:

Yours and theirs failed decisions justify your theft because the company may or may not hire another driver:biggrin_25526:

    Just ####.:biggrin_25510:

You knew full and #### well it was not the theirs to sell:biggrin_25516:

That makes you a thief same as them:biggrin_25513:

I hope you are disabled in a rapid fashion when you get caught:biggrin_255: Something involving a rope comes to mind:biggrin_25525:

Jail cells are to good for a looter:biggrin_2556:

Well excuse me HITLER for buying fuel, you know must of the guys selling it need to and most are working for an O/O who pays them crappy like I said you can call me a theif and threaten to "disable me in a rapid fashion when I get caught" I see it as a way to help a broke driver out.:biggrin_2559: Alas, all this name calling is really uncalled for if you want to call me a piece of #### then so be it, but the fact remains JUST MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS and quit trying to be "greater then thou" and control and dictate what others do.

OK that makes no sense at all:biggrin_25513: Here is my problem with people like you:
    1) Too many goody two shoers like yourself want to get involved in other peoples business

    2) Too m any people wanna be the "safety" person who cries out "hey you can't do that" when it doesn't affect you or the public

    3) Too many people (like yourself) say hey that guy found out a way to cheat the system and got an unfair advantage "I'M GONNA TELL IT"

    4) Too many people just want to push their beliefs and opinons onto other people

    Lostttrucker:

You're stealing from the guy who is at LEAST giving the other thief a job!

That driver signed on to do a job at what ever he signed and agreed to. If he has such a poor idea of what "driver pay" is then he needs to go back to MickeDees just like you!

WHAT YOU DO IS against the law also "The term is "trafficking in stolen goods" then you get to add the other charge which is a nice FEDERAL code called "failure/evasion to pay fuel taxes" or something like that. Which then can come back to haunt the guy you drive for. Sounds like you got dropped on your head many times to much in your earlier years!

Just looking at your "rookie" status tells me you're still wet behind the ears and are a thief just like the fool you buy this "discount fuel" from! Apparently the owner of that POS you drive got HIS moneys worth from a theif such as you as if you're buying him stolen fuel then you must be making a killing too at what .23 a mile? ROFLMFAO! I'm sure the rest of us "real" drivers" would rather see you behind the counter of a fast food place than a steering wheel as you're just to embarrassing to even consider as a trucker!

Too bad you don't have the gonads to post your picture on your avatar so we can see what a looser actually looks like and when we see you at the truck stop but we all know that's not going to happen.

Now please don't try to justify your pathetic self with a reply as we're all laughing our arses off at all your childish ideas of "helping a poor brook driver"! And you're really not impressing anyone except for maybe another lowlife thief!

Quite simply,it is recieving "stolen property",,just like if he was a construction worker selling you his boss's skillsaw.Yep ,you may get a deal on it,but you didn't get it in a lawfull manner. Personally,I'm not gonna get all worked up over some driver selling his company's fuel,,but i will laugh like hell when he is caught, thus tossing his career in the toilet for 275 bucks. What comes around, goes around,,and if you are buying that fuel to save a buck,,,,,expect an unexpected problem in your life down the road

So, would you "buy" stuff from a fellow trucker if you knew it came out of his trailer?
