They sell large stickers that say what type of fuel you need to be putting in the tank that alone may make you look 2 times at the pump and save money?

Old habits are hard to break. I used to fuel ,and park 20 Trucks every night, for overtime. The job included gassing up the Owners Caddy. I filled it with diesel once!! It wasn’t good, Lol. The owner then had me put labels on all the Trucks Gasoline or Diesel. We only had a few gassers. It was more an exercise in humiliation to me. The Owner was good at that.

Buttons next to each other I'm used to but a buddy of mine made the mistake of grabbing the green handled nozzle and hitting start. Green handle doesn't have to be diesel apparently. He always read the buttons after that.

I know of at least one BP that uses green handles for gasoline and black for diesel. However, it won't give you gas unless you push the gas button.

    Confused. So confused.

So you own and drive this truck regularly?

No offense but read the pump. One says "gas" and one says "diesel".

Think about someone talking on a phone dealing with a problem or a personal issue. They come upon this kind of a pump where the handles have not been placed back in the right hook. You are not thinking about it and press the gas button?? Yep, you are going to get gas NOT diesel. I hate these kinds of pumps.
