take the horn button off, remove nut holding wheel to shaft, lift off. BUT a steering wheel puller may be needed. sometimes that can be rented out at Autozone, or NAPA?

but be forewarned too. many times, the steering wheel can be "indexed", meaning what you want to do, cannot be done, as THEN it'll be at a much different position. usually the best way to get the wheel straight is by adjusting the toe in/out.

place wheel at perfect straight line position, find a way to lock it there, (several bungee cords, maybe chained down) then make the toe adjustments.

i'd highly recommend an alignment shop.

If you have an adjustable drag link, set your steering centre with that.

Mine doesn’t have adjustable draglink on it it has cylinder on passenger side and stationary drag on driver side just didn’t want to mess this original stuff up haha
