    Imagine that.......

Just one more reason, ladies, and gents, (and all you bats out there @Frank Speak ) to have a trusted attorney look over any documents a company wants you to sign. They say sign now? I say "sorry, ain't happening, have a wonderful life...."

Sorry guys, there is a lot more to the story.

AND again I will repeat the question - what does your contract say?

If you don't have a copy, or if you don't want to say, then get a lawyer and pay for all of it to be sorted out.

AND STOP DRIVING AS A 1099 DRIVER, GET A REAL JOB.

On top of that he ran illegal none stop every week. So yeah not gonna be easy to go at them for anything without getting himself in trouble. Just move on is the best outcome at this point and that company knows it.

    Feedman and NorthEastTrucker Thank this.

I'm having problems even getting past the first paragraph. You performed a service for them by helping retrieve an abandoned truck in Florida and they charged you $2k. I hope that was straightened out

    Feedman and GoneButNotForgotten Thank this.

Man.......I can't believe you haven't cut your losses and left this company yet.

My guess is that they can't. Bad driving record, sap, etc.
