How to report truck abandonment by driver to DAC report ?

I employ drivers but you're right about not me recruiting any. Our turnover rate is almost 0 and we've never had to actively recruit drivers.
Most of our people come from referrals from other drivers and that's worked out well for us. I've been with this company for a long time and we've never had an abandoned truck.

 

So what do you do about a company that you caught skimming money off your loads and forging rate confirmation sheets.?? You confront the owner and all of a sudden it's well oh uhh well I guess we're going to have to put you on a two week notice? So I chose to leave the company I dropped the truck off clean unloaded no damage keys underneath the mattress texted them pictures of the truck 24 mi from the yard. It would not have been safe for me to return to the yard by myself and deal with two albanians that were just filthy lying scumbags and I didn't want to get hurt. Who do I report them to the FMCSA didn't seem to give a s*** usdot didn't seem to give a s*** attorney after attorney didn't want to try to help me get my money back I mean really what the f***? It's like these companies can f*** over a driver for anything they want and if the driver isn't willing to take it up the rear end they report the driver and there's nothing a driver can do about it to the best of my knowledge? I mean who protects the driver from a s***** company out of Lemont Illinois? What recourse does the driver have?
