From Trucking's HR? HAHAHAHA They quit doing that 30 years ago.
It's comdata fuel card. Part of the information you provide is direct deposit to your home bank checking account and routing number. (Thats on your check as a 9 digit)
When you are paid over the satellite you have two options direct dep whatever $ amount and keep rest as cash on fuel card. If you use fuel card at fuel desk tell them you require this much $ off it and they will give it to you.
Done and done.
Any open bank or credit union in these United States understands Comchecks. You may have to pay them a wire fee to get it across the Fed SWIFT system which moves all money in the USA.
The fastest and most "Dirty" way to get paid is approach your DM or Advocate with a documentation of all trips taken by date and time and more importantly trip number and so forth plus the name of your trainer etc.
They hand you a comcheck. You get the company vehicle and drive to a bank or truckstop and convert to cash.
Getting cash home is again a matter of a bank wire or a extended branch of your PNC bank.
One thing.
If TTR Should combust and fail to exist anymore, there is one commandment from trucking that needs to stand.
"Never borrow money on comcheck against your future pay, you will go negative and they WILL take it all leaving you with 0.00 them burgers aint so good last week now eh?

The truck stops have Western Union. More expensive than Walmart but might be the most convenient.

Get your wife to find a truck stop and ask the fuel desk for a blank Comchek. Get the check number from you and then you can call Comdata a register the amount you want off of your card. Have her fill out the check payable to her and with the amount. Then go to the bank and deposit it. They will have to call the Comdata number on the check to get the authorization number and then you are set.

Wow you guys just want to make this hard don't you. Here's the quickest easiest way to do this. When your Comdata card is activated and you get paid, go to the Western Union website on your smartphone (I'm just going to assume you have one). Select send money. Enter the amount you want to send. Chose either a bank, you will need the account and routing numbers, or cash pick up, (like CVS or another place). Select method of payment (Comdata would be debit card). Note, it costs about $1.50 for every $10 sent, $1,000 will run you $150, but you'll only have to do this once. Then send the money. It's available for pickup in a few minutes. Now for the last part. When you activate your Comdata card, go to the Comdata website and follow these instructions. If you do this immediatly after your card is activated/you are paid, then the next pay amount (either dollar amount or percentage of pay) will automatically go to your personal bank account.

Although this isn't about the OP's situation, I would like to let folks know of another way to send money. I use an app called "The Cash App". You download it and link your bank account to it. Anyone you want to send or receive money from download the app and link to a bank account.
If you want to send money you can simply select from your contacts list. They receive a text message, then click on the link to receive it. If someone sends me money on the Cash App I get a notice, click on it, and get the money.
If you want the money right now, there's a fee. If you are willing to wait a day or two, it's free.
I have been using the Cash App for years. It's a great way to send or receive money. You don't have to share banking information. All you need is the contact name and cell phone number of the person you are sending or receiving money from.
The logo for the Cash App is a rounded green square with a white dollar sign in it. It's a godsend for anyone trying to send or receive money over the road. -
