How to tell your co driver he has sleep apnea

So I came back over to CRST, tired of jumping from orientation to orientation and job hunting I figured I might as well come back and make some bucks while I look.

Anyway they put me in a truck with this guy( only for a week) but he's new to Otr, and he is very very bad. Completely stops breathing and then wakes up with a god awful snore immediately after... And I feel bad because he's not doing so hot financially, that's why he came out Otr, but man he's got bad sleep apnea. I mean I don't want to report him to the company and take his well being from him, but at the same time, that's not safe at all...

Hell I snore but only if I've been drinking and I'm sleeping on my back but nothing like this. Any tips? He is under contract.

Oh yea he's a big boy. 5'10 320+. Snores like a bear. And they do, I just went to USA truck and they wouldn't let me work there because my necks 18.5". And I'm a big boy 6'4 300... But I'm wide as hell.... But even though I've got no double chin or anything it was still a no go. Pretty sure that's illegal, I was reading that FMCSA said that's discrimination...

I remember being in the 220s! I was a stick haha

 

Is it annoying, yes.
But I won't be with him for long, that's why I asked. I heard that it can kill you and cause health problems, and that's the last thing anyone needs!

 

Well I'm trying to get a schedule going, but once I wake up so does he, and when in go to bed so does he lol. I told him he snores and he said no I don't, so I'm just gonna leave it at that... Hopefully someone doesn't report him to his dm.
