I take clonidine for my blood pressure. 20 minutes later I'm dozing off.

I stare at the ceiling, looking for patterns in the headliner. Works every time, though it isn't often I have trouble falling asleep.

I have the same problem of falling a sleep, another reason why I couldnt drive with elogs. I dont have a shut down button! What helps me go to sleep after a day of driving is watching a boring movie (not something interesting) that usually puts me to sleep fast.
