Just my 2 cents, I have this book "The New Encylopedia of Modern Bodybuilding". There is a lot of great info in there, but realize when you start reading about his workouts and the "advanced" workouts they are not going to work for 95% of you. They are workouts and diets followed by people on steroids and that changes the whole ball game. If you follow the advanced workouts mentioned in this book you will just beat yourself up and never recover.
