Howdy everyone

Hi, just thought it was time I put my two cents out here, just left a company and wanted to get the word out to everyone to avoid the place, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where a husband and wife team should go and why? I look forward to the answers.

 

I just left Oakley Transport, what a nightmare the company cut pay ,cut bonuses, hates to let you go home, if you try to run legal the dispatchers starve you, and if you run the way dispatch runs you the safety department gives you hell.The equipment keeps getting older and older, and is poorly maintained. (The shop is not allowed to keep many parts in inventory so you wait and wait to get your truck fixed.) In a lot of cases for days. forget any kind of layover pay or detention pay.I could keep going on and on. It just seems to me that I was watching what was once a great company die day by day.
