Was doing a google search on a trucking company and came across this site. Very Pleased!!! Have been sitting here reading and enjoying for a couple hours while waiting on a load. Here is our situation....
I am currently employed with Schneider Natl. but was sorry to learn that they have no pet policies, so we are researching other companies for our future needs. The things that are of most importance to us are: OTR with Rider and Pet Policies as well as medical and dental benefits.
As of June our children will be gone and my wife and I wish to find a company to call home. To live in a truck and travel from coast to coast. We have a small dog (under 20 lbs) that we are not willing to leave behind.
We love being on the road but could really use some advise from those who have real experience in the trucking industry. I have only been doing this for a year.... have learned alot, but know there's so much more to pick up on!
Any HELP, comments, suggestions are so very appreciated!!!
Howdy Ya'll!
