I worked for a brokerage for 10 years, but as of last month I'm a stay at home dog-mom for the time being. Lost my job, but we will make it. Live in a tiny mountain town, love life and simple pleasures. I lurked here off and on for years, mostly when I was new to the industry. I may get back into this after a 6 month non-compete expires. For now I'm gonna chill locally and try to pick up a part-time bar tending / table waiting job or some such while I wait. Ask me anything about brokering and I will tell you all I know.
