I would like to get some information on Howells Motor Freight out of Roanoke Virginia. I have been on their website and read their driver benifits, operating area, driver requirements etc. I have also talked to past drivers (thanks again runningman0661). I would like to talk to some drivers taht are currently working for Howells. Here are the questions I would like answered. Thank you for reading
1. Have your miles changed since they switched to e-logs? Are the dispatchers/fleet managers adjusting well?
2. Whats the furthest west/south you run?
3. How good are they at getting you home on the weekends? If you stay out for a weekend are you running all weekend or sitting?
4. How are things for the o/o's?
5. Do they have a lot of pre plans or drop and hooks? How are the night/weekend dispatchers?
6. How often do you deal with lumpers? What would you say the refridgerated to dry freight ratio is?
Anything else you would like to tell me about them is greatly appeciated. Thanks again for reading and thanks again to runningman0661 for the information he already provided me.
