I would get annoyed pretty quickly as a P&D driver. “Yeah FedEx gets a truck in here every day to drop off packages, what do you mean you work for a different FedEx?”

Friend of mine who’s still with XPO here in West Fargo has about had it with them too.

They switched him off his Jamestown route to my old route, and he had a heck of a time today.

Total of 21 bills out for delivery. 5 went to WF and Fargo, then he had drive 70 miles to his next one, and an average of 40 miles between the rest.

Got himself stuck in some mud, amongst other things. He’s been there 2yrs now and is ready to call it quits with them.
I’m hoping he can hire on at CCFS, Dayton or possibly OD in Fargo.

I had a pretty easy day today, only 12 bills total, 9 drops and 3 pickups. Tomorrow and Thursday are gonna be my long days of the week. I’ll probably put on around 350-400 miles both days.

    #### I thought 250-300 miles was a lot! It helps being on the same route and knowing all the ins and outs of places. But even then you get thrown a curveball with a weird back road or road that looks compact but isn’t.

Customer service will suffer, drivers will lose their jobs...but C-suite pay will go up, and that's what's REALLY important.
