How's Interstate Distributor Company doing since it's take-over by Saltchuk?

I've been looking at their equipment lately, and boy does it look tired! I even saw one of the trucks I drove for them back in 2005. It was filthy and rusting. It must have close to a million miles on it by now. Same goes for their trailers. Are they updating their equipment? Are they paying for truck washes? Are drivers getting decent miles? It was a good company to work for when I left in '08, but I have some doubt now. Any current/recent IDC drivers who can chime in?
