My truck was doing 64 but my MPGs have been so good that it increased to 65 mph. I feel like I am going fast lol, then some trucks doing 70 fly by me as if I am sitting at a red light. I always fly by those Crete, Swift, Werner, and Prime trucks the same way. It must really be nice being able to do 70. I do it sometimes downhill for a short while with a heavy load but my truck feels like it is about to lose control sometimes when I am at 75 and hit those bridge bumps.

It feels so:biggrin_25523:. I use to work for Swift Transport 3 yrs ago, and the governer was set at 62 mph. I get a throbbing rise everytime a zoom pass a Werner, Swift, and JB Hunt. My current rig has no governr r gps and it feels so goooood.

I drive for a small co. Volvo 630, 500 HP, no governor. 65 feels like i blew the turbo.lol
usually set cruise at 73 and let it ride. If you can hit a hill with some speed and not lug the engine, you will be amazed at how well a truck can climb.
