    Looks like the axle seal need pictures of the break shoes to see about the wheel seal.

    Try to tighten up the axle bolts might have backed off mine did that once

    Looks like the axle seal, tighten up the bolts, see if that stops it.

    I do remember they had a recall a few years ago for Freightliners that had exactly that problem from factory but I couldn't find a link.
