Hub miles or route miles?

    Our company is terminal to terminal and the paid miles are normally extra than we actually run

    Company I work for pays HUB but they also expect you to be honest about routing and NOT include detours to Wal-Mart and other unnecessary routes. Then again we run the same 50 or so shippers every week. They will know if you tack on some extra miles when someone else comes up different everytime.
