HUB on Dash Showing as KM and not Miles?

My dashboard is suddenly displaying my HUB in kilometers. When I change it back to miles, it goes back once I turn the key off. Has anyone had this problem? Could it be my dashboard display needs replacing? I have never had this problem before.

If it's like peterbilt, press the odometer reset button a bunch and it should switch units.

LOL, In 99 when I bought my international, I was punching buttons trying to figure out what everything did and got the speedo on kilometers. Iirc it was several days before I figured out how to get it back. lol
I never changed it again, even though I ran between The lower 48 and Alaska a lot in that truck.

In my case, I do know how to change it to miles, but the computer won’t save it once the key is off. It may be my device is broken.

Yes it sounds like you have some sort of problem, I wouldn't have a clue where to start diagnosing it though, and I hate just swapping parts.

    UPDATE———

It looks like I just solved this problem. I opened up the back of the dash, unplugged four connectors on the HUB dash, and then I blew some air into the plugs. I tested it twice by turning on my key, and all of a sudden, no more km! :hello1:
