Drivers please be careful, and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. This is a bad..bad storm, and the high tide is already flooding Lindenhurst, NY, and Connecticut will close all roads, and they are trying to get truck drivers out of the area.
Indiana has been added to feel the effects of the hurricane. We will have winds @ 45 mph this evening and rain. So all drivers heading to Ohio and Indiana, be aware of the wind gust warnings.

Wind and rain are really starting to pick up here. Delaware Memorial Bridge is at 25MPH with only the center two lanes open. Saw a few trucks coming into jersey when i went by it about a hour ago but as olhand said at 2pm.all yrucks are banned on the bridge. Not much traffic.thru town but some businesses are still open. If your out today stay safe.

I decided not to go home to dc this week, because bring an empty trailer into that mess is asking for trouble my advice is to keep weight on the truck.
