Many possibilities: How was the clutch brake replaced? Cut out and a two piece put in? How was the spacer installed, cut a section out of it and push it over the shaft? That can get yacked out and back to the same problem. Answer those questions as a start.

Clutch brake was replace with a two piece . There was already a 2 piece clutch brake there that had no wear spacer was cut and push in I check in the morning and see if it still there . Why is the clutch brake not working I should not have to put a spacer clutch pull great no slipping

This truck been nothing but a nightmare

Those type problems often come from improper work during clutch replacement. The bushings and shafts in the bellhousing, ends on the clutch fork, and front bearing cover can be worn. Anyone or a combination of them can cause the problem you are talking about. There are some ways to make them to work in most cases without pulling the transmission. I have to go and maybe someone else can chime in, if not I will get back to you in a day or two.

OK thanks

Could this be a wear out clutch causing this problem?
-
Since you have to drop the transmission, you might as well replace the clutch. -
Figure that #### is there anyway I can put a banaid on it to last a little longer

I looked for a post to refer you to but did not find it. Basicly the gap at the clutch brake should be a half inch with the freeplay held out of the pedal. Hydraulic with no free play, I don't know what to say. Space between the throwout brg and ends on clutch fork should be about 1/8 inch. Some times I have installed two clutch brakes of which some lasted for a long time. Anyone else input on this?
