It needs a 240v plug like for an electric stove. It's expensive to have an electrician install a new circuit like that. I had to have it done for my dryer and hot water heater a few years back.

What’s the difference between thousands of Tesla Semi chargers VS thousands of electric powered oil wells which require the same voltages ?

Norway: best selling car brands 2020 | Statista

I don't remember who said the best selling car in Norway was Tesla, but not even close. Doesn't make top 5.

I can tell you the best selling vehicle in Canada is the Ford F series.
More F series sold than any car, van, suv, or other pickup. Still doesn't matter as to what other people should buy.
If I were rich, I would have 20 F series trucks, and more than that of Ferraris, Lamborghini's, and more.

That was going to be my point. With the new green agenda they want everything ND everyone electric. So what happens then when everything is 100% electric? I don't want the govt to have that much control over me. With the new smart grid they can read and control appliances in your house. What happens if they deam your house is too cool in the summer or too warm in the winter....or you've already driven too much. All in the name of carbon....the most common element known to man.

The car charges using the same 240v plug as the dryer.
You hit the nail on the head right there. Electric cars are soulless and sterile.
