Hypothetical 2024, you receive a Tesla Semi ordered years earlier

Good luck. Prices are skyrocketing. Our place has almost doubled in a year. Crazy. With all the investors coming in and buying up everything they see for cash....prices are insane.

 

Ya that whole area is cut off in Canada not good at all.. and ya they just have one more big push to go and I'm betting they will get some people to do stuff they shouldn't. I just hope the world wakes up soon and sticks it to media and big companies that push psychological division and agendas.

 

Ya I've got family up in Michigan past the half way point so a lot less people up there every other idiot will be going south where it's warmer but not me I wanna go north. That's exactly why too lol. And ya my place doubled and so did my parents place theirs almost trippled

 

Never gonna happen. People are stuck in their bubble. As long as women and kids have phones and Facebook, men have sports and video games......good luck. That us their life.....their entire world. Most people don't actually do anything any more. They just look at it on the internet. And all of those things are very controlled.

I'm definitely a car guy, my favorite vehicle I have is a 1967 chevy truck. Doesn't mean some of these EVs aren't insane though. The Lucid looks crazy fun, they're more like an interesting computer on wheels. Oh that can also blow the doors off any other car next to you lol. Rivian another one getting good reviews.

 

Wife has a leaf also she loves it. We bought it and I figured it would be too much of a hassle and as the novelty was over we would end up selling it. Well a year later it is still with us. A couple things, 1 you don't need to add a 220 volt charger they charge just fine overnight on the 110 volt charger. 2 if you setup the automatic timer it will start charging late at night when rates are the lowest, 3 our electric bill has not raised hardly at all, mostly because where we live our night rates drop low plus discount for an EV. 3 it doesn't get that cold here so batteries don't drop much here because of that. Not knocking on you at all I, never did I ever think we would ever go EV but here we are. We didn't sell or other cars because I just knew this wouldn't last, but Lorrie loves her meep meep car. Got it admit (sheepishly) I like driving it too. the #### car with it's instant torque is #### quick.

 

I see electric cars being the death of drag racing. Watched the electric Mustang run the quarter mile. It was fast but 90% of drag racing is the sound. A sewing machine could never compare to a blown 454 and open headers.

 

This I agree totally love me the sound of a well built well tuned engine screaming at the top of it's lungs
