Mclane IMO is worse than Sysco, substantially lower pay, mainly night work with gas station deliveries, and 48-53 foot trailers to unload, nothing easier about that.

Bud A., ducnut and FloridaBoy93 Thank this.

From what I saw on the tube, it’s mostly lift gate and pallet Jack. Pepsi was the same. Unless those guys just got easy routes. Lol

Bottom line, move out from that state and take your Honda with you. Sacrifices have to made if you want to advance. This thread is just going in circles.

I don’t know about out of state. However, closer to KC or Springfield would be beneficial.

No way I’d do that with a regular road tractor .
You need a yard dog spotter tractor for that .

Have you seen those videos of thousands of illegals streaming across the border with Mexico every day? Well I guarantee you that many of those people are going to end up getting CDLs and will depress the working wages for drivers

If you get your Hazmat Cert and get fingerprinted you won’t have to fight all the lawless hordes for a job because illegals can’t get a Hazmat Cert… because they are illegal. Sabe?
