    Let’s see..obviously couldn’t bother to read construction signs nor comprehend that traffic was stopping…couldn’t comprehend based on the video evidence that he killed multiple people…and let’s…oh yeah wilmer tx 63mph in a 30mph zone, obviously couldn’t read those signs as well…he had no business having a cdl and such…
