Ive had a nail in one of my drive tires for bout 3 months now...gives it character.

A really good quality heavy duty plug kit costs around $40-$50.
It'll last YEARS.
It pays for itself the first time you use it.
I'm not talking about that plug garbage they sell on the rack at Loves/PFJ/TA.
Get one at a dealer, or a tire shop.
That's where you'll usually see them... the really good kits.
A whole lot cheaper than replacing a tire that can be salvaged.
Takes less than 10min. -
Since it's not leaking, I would take a chance and pull it out. Then double check with the Windex. No bubbles you good to go.
I have coated a screw with silicone then screwed it into a tire to stop it from leaking until I could get it fixed proper.not4hire, 650cat425 and Midnightrider909 Thank this. -
