I-40 Oklahoma coop taking flash pictures when closed??

I read somewhere that the average person gets photographed an average of something like 32 times a day. There are cameras every where. Makes me want to go live like a hermit way out in the wilderness somewhere.

 

Noticed this the other day when I rolled through on 40 got a green but sign said closed plus construction barrels were up blocking ramp.

 

I saw that on 35 coming down from Kansas this week. Not too concerned about why but that flash sure hurts the eyes in total darkness at 3am

 

I thought they were taking my picture because I am so good looking!
