    Believe it or not, the last time I was in that neck of the woods they were actually repairing/rebuilding parts of I-80/94!!!
    Nature is out of balance!lol

    I'll say. I drove in South Bend many moons ago and the condition of the streets were horrendous. Probably haven't been paved or even patched in ten years or more.
