    Dave I decided to just go 80 to the 15 like you recommended. I’m just going for it. I looked at the forecast and it looked ok I was In Wyoming last week and it was clear and easy. Hopefully tomorrow it will be the same. If not I’ll just blame you.

    It drove from Wiggens, CO to OKC, starting in the early am. A short spell of blizzard north of Limon, then it became clear skies and good sailing by the time I hit US-400.

    There's a hell of a vortex over Kansas right now. Always consult MyRadar and AccuWeather apps before starting out.

    Stay at the Petro. The TA is a for real circus. There's a pretty big casino that has $27 rooms for CDL a little south of town. Must have had 150 trucks in its parking lot when I went by. You can get an all day, that's the only way they sell them, bus pass for $5.
