    Road Closed Due To Winter Conditions
    As of February 27 at 04:30 a.m., the estimated opening time is in 8 to 10 hours. Parking on the roadway is prohibited and delays WYDOT from opening the road.

    Their standard answer is 8 to 10 hours but I've seen it 2 to 3 hours Lots of times.
