I think Wyoming should change their state flag to a ripped up and weathered wind sock with trucks laying on their side in the background.

There it is. His first mistake was not being able to see what’s in front of what’s in front of him. The other guy had a better view and realized something wasn’t right. 2nd mistake was passing that truck and not realizing he might see something he can’t.LtlAnonymous Thanks this.

Take US-30. Hardly anyone on there, although the road conditions can be bad on that highway, too. At least you don't have the Chicago crowd.

That GPS, ELD and smart phones will keep you safe and on time.

I do wear boots, just had a pair custom made, Spanish bull hide with kangaroo tops. But I spent a lot of time in Wyoming in the late 70’s and early 80’s no abs, most trucks had no brakes on steering axle , lots of PIE doubles.
Most crashes were one or two trucks , of course they blocked the road but everyone didn’t pile into them. I spent many hours in miles long back ups but never saw any massive pile ups.WesternPlains Thanks this. -
I don’t do cowboy boots, so are work boots allowed?
