    Highly possible, I looked at the camera shots up there yesterday morning and it had snowed, can be intimidating for a 1st timer.

    Cabbage is one of those hills where you get to the top, go around a curve and you can see all the way to the bottom and the interstate below you. The best , tho, is topping the hill and the cloud cover is below you. You can't see anything but the tops of the clouds. You just hope the rest of the world is still there as you start down.
