I am a trainer and i want my certificate

i did not see that show, but i certainly do know of Dan.

it was however on the tv some days ago, where ALL the kids do get a trophy, for anything, just showing up, that might be the same story you speak of. i too think it is a worthless thing to do, and takes away from those that actually earned a trophy for winning, or coming in 2nd, and 3rd place.

to reward or award for useless shyte, is mind boggling at best, stupid at most.

 

I'm sure the company would give me a certificate if they knew I'm the one that left that tupperware container full of brownies laced with Ex-lax in the drivers room. Well, at least I found out who the thieves are. That blonde female dispatcher I don't like was one of the thieves.

That's a perfect example of political correctness. The excuse is, there's no right or wrong because some students just perceive things differently and that shouldn't be held against them. Of course those students won't ever be employed in high tech jobs in Silicon Valley and will scream for more diversity in Silicon Valley; "There's a disportionate number of smart people working in Silicon Valley; there should be a federal law!"
