Maybe you could try Indian River in Winterhaven, FL. I saw it on another thread and thought of you instantly. Give them a try...I didn't see them on your list of companies you'd tried. Good luck. I think the thread mentioned something about searching for them on the 'Net. From what I've seen, they're mostly tankers tho...it's still worth a shot, I hope?

Try Southern Refrigerated Transport out of Texarkana AR they hire students and they might take you.

 

Look into Raven Transport. They r a good company to work for. Trust me I know. They are in jax.
