HA! Have you seen a modern trucking app? It's a series of checks and X's. Surprised they even let you sign your name... on the paper ones... online you don't even do that. There's the occasional "explain' areas, but if you're going to write a single word in there you may as well not even turn it in.

Yes as a matter of fact I have seen many of them. I'm sorry, I am just not quite the expert you on them. Please excuse what appears to be my lack of knowledge compared to what you have.

Oh chill... it was just an opening to rag on trucking apps, not you! The apps reflect their opinions of us and was worth remarking on.

The applications have nothing to do with their "opinions" If you would take the time to think about how many applications trucking companies get everyday you would understand the reason that they make them the way they do. Making it simple for the person filling them out and making it quicker for the people who go thru them. Lots of applications vs. a few to go thru them. If a person thinks that the application isn't complete enough for them, its very simple, submit your resume along with it.

Oh man, PASCO! Those are the "Oh hell no not in MY town" tobacco chewin big sunglass wearin cops. I think I got an outstanding warrant down there (driving while suspended, failure to appear).. seems to have disappeared over time. See, you CAN run from your problems!!! LOL even went to grad school and worked in medicine since then... not the best records I don't think.

If he wants to be home every two weeks then maybe he shouldn't be looking OTR.

I know you can always stay out forever, but I've never seen an ad from any of these companies that state more than 10-14 days at a time, and all give 1 per 7. Training is a different story... be out for about 7 weeks first shot.
