Could you move temporarily out of Florida? If that's why they are not hiring you maybe they would elsewhere? Its not like your going back and forth every day? Let's say like out of Georgia. You take your car or bus or what ever. When you get home time or a weekend off run home. I know that sucks but if that's the only way then maybe? I would think after some experience you could get closer to home. I live in western Ny and when I first stated was for a company out of ohio stayed there for one year and then everyone would hire me!
I am about to give up!

This lack of reading happens so often, it doesn't even irritate me anymore.
I still don't understand it. Apparently it is true that most people don't read or listen and would rather write or talk. I learn so much more by listening and reading.
I personally am here to learn as much as I can about an industry I have been out of for years so I read every single post in every single thread that captures my interest.
Ocassionally I can even make a useful cotribution which is just icing on the cake.25(2)+2 Thanks this. -
The post a reply button is right there, beside the first post like any other. Thanks for the thread, BTW, it is a good, but long, read.
