I am about to give up!

They have really good beenies. Pay is really good also. Doing roll offs or front load is the way to go with them. And not to mention the good hrs. They are still hiring here in Jax because some drivers are too "proud" to work with trash. Yet they will sit at home whinning there is no job to be found.

 

If you have had your cdl for a year and not gotten a job , then there is a reason for it. Either you have a tainted bankground or your driving record is crap. That amount of time cannot be blamed on the economy or anything else except you. Sorry but it is true. You need to do something to make yourself more marketable and stand out above the crowd.

 

Yeah try making the checks and x marks on all the apps in BOLD. Might stand out.

 

and the plot sickens...

 

Go wait tables or bartend. You will make more that driving a truck, be home every nite and have monday/tuesday or the such off. Its fairly easy work and you will make 35K+ easy.
