In SC the only person that can expunge a charge is the Govenor. I do like your attitude toward taking your medicine. Too many my friend is looking to get on but stories on here. Thank you for not trying to "play" the boards!

I'm amazed everyone welcomes a convicted felon thief into this business.
What if it was YOU he stole from?
What other profession would welcome him?
It's no wonder the reputation of the trucking industry is so bad.Tonythetruckerdude, HorseShoe and joseph1135 Thank this. -
If you are referring to me I gave him a company name and thats up to them to decide. Would I hire him, absolutely not. But he did come on up here and was honest.

he made a mistake and you can hire anyone you want, you dont know what they're capable of, theres a first time for everything so the mans record doesnt mean anything unless you see a pattern of continuos criminal behavior. I would hire him absolutely if i met him and i was convinced he has changed. No offense to you Luke but people like you are the problem, people deserve a second chance, especially to work a legit, legal job and support themselves. Its a blue collar job, not like he's gonna be a millionaire overnight driving a truck. If he doesnt work he could always get on govt benefits and we will all support him.

I guess we should keep all convicted felons unemployed? I've met plenty of people in construction business that fell down the wrong path and turned their lives around later in life.
Plenty of other professions would welcome him. I assume the guy has paid is debt to society, if he's genuinely remorseful and is wanting to move on with his life why kick sand in his face? You guys are a bit high on your horses, aren't ya?DocWatson, InIt2Win and JD Transport Thank this. -
Fine ,
Run team with him if you want. Why not invite him in your house. I'm sure you all wouldn't mind leaving your wallet out with him around right?
The time he was caught was likely not the first time he stole. Probably not the last either.
Once a thief , always a thief.
And if it was in 2010 he should still be locked up as far as I'm concerned.
Non violent drug offenders do more time than that.
Think I'm the problem all you want.
Morons!HorseShoe Thanks this. -
