i am making over 2 times more than i have ever made in my life...

i will go back to post earlier if all these steering wheel holders got what they deserve most would not be in the getting raise line
often i quoted parables about money but they were religous and deleted

the best part is we really are in agreement about most of the stuff

my problem is trucking isnt rocket science
but learning how to manage hours
get good runs with your carrier doesnt happen overnite

one driver with us sets herself up to take a 10 hour break after delivery
never reloads until the next day I always get my break in before delivery
and reload same day by time she loads i am 24 hours ahead of her
this has been explained to her but she doesnt get it

 

We have guys that cant wrap there heads around flatbed layout (we are local p&d) they can cube out a van but take those walls away...... what your talking about IS where exspriance counts. If they dont get they dont get it, and maybe never will. If they keep asking for help pass them onto someone else, maybe its how you exsplain it, or like ive had to do a few times tell em , look its your truck just go get it done.
