I think we hit a nerve. You got to be young before you get old. Age has a small amount/experience to do with it but I've seen plenty of old truckers that just didn't care about their skills. Grind gears curb tires it's hard to keep a straight face. Were young guys that were open to info and wanted to do it right. That gives me hope. I will share my mistakes :) w/ them.

You've just got to love it. Like mad crazy you can't keep your hands off it love.
It won't work if you just do it because it's the right thing to do, because other people expect it of you.
Like marrying that really nice girl instead of the one who made you sweat with lust and passion: never gonna work out.
There might be a lot of parts of it that you like, but if the love's not real, this dog just won't hunt.

    Howard Stern sucks nuts.

Five Star comment!! I complain. I'm not perfect. And I battle the little people in my head all the time. But at the end of the day, you are essentially correct. Mind over matter. We provide a service, for an agreed upon compensation. If you don't like the agreed compensation, go elsewhere. End of story. Complaining is useless. If you don't like your life, change it.

A realist would know that a entry level pay raise as mentioned would include moving up the ladder in levls of experience. realistically speaking who will pay for the raises and where will it stop ?

Its more then one pebble in the pond.. what would the ripples affect ?
