    Carolina is actually the best of the "felony three ".

    They run teams coast to coast ,you're paid roughly bibweekly based on when you finish a load ,which can confuse some people but it is what it is .

    That's because they don't understand team pay. They don't understand the .15 cpm is paid for all dispatched miles whether you're driving or sleeping.

    I and a the recruiters and their double speak ,instead of 30cpm split , its 15cpm but played all miles truck runs.
