    It is kind of tight... normally I take it at 30 MPH,

    Another check of the mirrors and all else around me and I take a quick glance down at the digital Speedometer....

    Yep, 31 MPH!

    His point was that the extra 1 mph made it feel too fast, when normally 30 mph feels just right.
