If you don't have any experience there is probably not any LTL carrier like Estes that would hire you. You will do a lot of backing into tight places in LTL.

You are going to have to bite the bullet and stop being so picky. You'll have to leave home. Alot of guys are looking for a start and will take what's out there. Some of Chinatown's recommendations like trash and cement may keep you at home. Maybe oil fields. If you're serious. Check craigslist.

TX2Day and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this.

Estes might hire you to drive box trucks, but for tractor trailers you must have 12 mos. experience.
