I bet the driver wished for more load securment

    . If it came loose with straps or, with chains in the headache rack, you would pay. If you had all them on your load the company would pay.

    I took that literally as in who would be paying the fine. I guess you could read it a different way.

    I took it much more in meaning disciniplary actions, against the driver, including loss of job. For the company to actually charge an employee a monetary fine, is a slippery slope, as many state labor laws do not allow that kind of action.
