    Tql, maybe he said that because they’re infamous for sticking carriers with freight claims. So maybe he said, it’s low rates if your lucky, meaning that if they don’t freight claim you too.

    you should stay away from tql unless you want to assume their reputation of risk.

    Try Truckstop.com and DAT. If you got your own authority you can see who’s still open in your area and go directly sell your service to them. It’s REAL thin out here right now.
