Step back, take a breath and don't sweat it. You're getting all worked up over nothing. It may seem like a big deal right now. But soon enough, it'll all be behind you. (Unless this gets moved to the politics section. Then you'll be labeled a wife beater, even if you didn't touch her.

Staying in such a bad situation IS a bad decision. Bringing a kid into this situation is totally IRRESPONSIBLE! You're going to be one of those guys who get the suspended license every time you're 3 days away from the house and piss her off and she files for child support.

It wont matter if you have receipts or whatever. She files when she gets mad, and you get stuck on the road.

 

TripleSix said it right...as did a lot of people on here. If the OP keeps making bad choices and if he won't take the steps to help himself there isn't really much we can do for him.
