I caught a pending class C misdemeaner assult charge (pending). who will hire me

Step back, take a breath and don't sweat it. You're getting all worked up over nothing. It may seem like a big deal right now. But soon enough, it'll all be behind you. (Unless this gets moved to the politics section. Then you'll be labeled a wife beater, even if you didn't touch her.

This isn't the first time. She's the one with the rage and the anger, right? She throws a fit at you, calls the POPO, gets you arrested, and you're looking at being homeless, but this is not the first time you've head to deal with being a 'victim of domestic violence', is it?

Staying in such a bad situation IS a bad decision. Bringing a kid into this situation is totally IRRESPONSIBLE! You're going to be one of those guys who get the suspended license every time you're 3 days away from the house and piss her off and she files for child support.

It wont matter if you have receipts or whatever. She files when she gets mad, and you get stuck on the road.

 

TripleSix said it right...as did a lot of people on here. If the OP keeps making bad choices and if he won't take the steps to help himself there isn't really much we can do for him.
Some people just don't learn.

 

You don't know anything about our relationship except for the 5min I just told you.You don't think I don't know this is unhealthy for the kids to see.I know that. And yes this is the first time ive ever had to deal with any crime involving me and violence ever.. in 30 years buddy. Sometimes bad things happen and life aint perfect. Get to used it buddy and stop judging others.

I will have my day in court and I guarantee you I will be found innocent of all charges.

and Foodstamps already took me to court for child support when she was fradulenly collecting foodstamps. I got equal custody no child support so obviously I must not be making that many bad decisions.

and I don't have receipts man. I have signed checks with memo notes.
So if you have any advice on getting me a job or beating this charge I'm all hears, but please don't judge and assume about things you don't even know about.

I live here with her yes. This just happened a week ago. I was trying to get a job to move out bc believe it or not, most people are not willing to rent to someone with no job. So as soon as I can figure out where I can work, I will be moving out. ive already moved most my stuff out into storage unit

 

Good answer, even better if you follow through. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding a job if your record is clean.
