You were the one crying that you were going to be homeless. Most any towns have motels you can rent by the week or month. Do that until you are squared away. If your attorney is good, he can go straight to the DA and explain you have a CDL and it will cost you employment . I won't even comment on your decision to have a baby with this nut, but now you have 18 years of child support assuming it's yours. Get a paternity test. Why aren't you with Prime anymore? As far as you car, never finance a liability. Pay cash. Glad you paid it off though. Some others on here have given good advice too. Try to appreciate they are trying to help. We don't walk in your shoes, just trying to weugh.in on what you posted . I don't think we have all the facts. Good luck.

Pending charges do not show up on a background check. They will only know about it if you tell him about it. The bad part is you will have to be home every so often for court.

Apparently this women/man is more interested in themself than a family. It takes team work to keep a family unit working. Every family has its ups & downs however, there has to be a core bond that gets people through the hard times. You know like understanding, respect, ect. If there's no foundation then life is short and moving on and learning from the situation is your best move. Good luck on your next adventure.
