I have to say this. A couple years ago when 40 was spewing the blue kool-aid and we were sparing back and forth :) I told Rollin that he needed to listen to him because he is one the guys that makes money and has a life.

Not sure about others, but it seems that after a bit you can just feel the people that are making money at this thing the ones that are blowing smoke.

You don't always have to agree with the business model but something about the smart ones that have it figured out in the area they focus in just stands out.

Great job .40! Yeah, just send me $100 every time you think about hiring a driver and you'll be ahead.

For us, 2013 came in at $2.05 on the hub, $2.51 loaded. No tarping or strapping, but I did have to go out in the rain once or twice to slam doors and fill the little fuel tank on the trailer to keep the dream machine running back there LOL.

You've done a great job too Bill. We won't always see eye to eye on some things, but that's life. You've made it work and that's all that matters .

    NavigatorWife and BigBadBill Thank this.

    Thanks

I have always believed that you have search for you own explanations when others are telling to accept the "facts".

I know a guy that probably still has a Thunderbird out in the yard. My TK Whispers would just put you to sleep like a lullaby.

Good job Red. The nice thing about platform is I never hear put your cb on X and wait four hours for a door. I remember going to places that used small wood. Rite Aid in upstate NY, ugh!

    RedForeman and zenaddler Thank this.

There were times I sat as long waiting to load or unload with my flat compared to van. Big difference was people showed actual concern for you when you waited. I have been invited to eat BBQ and had guys run to get me food.

On the other side it seemed that you won the lottery if you could just get them to notice you are standing at the window.
