    I just took my road test and passed!!! YAY!! Now Im trying to decide which company to go with. I got pre hired from US Xpress, Warner and conavent. The thing is I have heard bad things about all so I dunno which way to go now. Any advise would be appreciated

    Congradulations!!!!!! Good luck with your choice... Make sure you read the threads on each of the companies, compare pay and benefits and if possible, talk to some drivers from each.

    Let us know who you decide on!

    Thanks !! Some of the people I went to school with are at US Xpress I talked to several of them yesterday and so far they are liking it.. I have to go to the school today to finish with paper work and to go to Sec of State, So I plan on speaking with the guy who handles this stuff and see what other companies I may go with, Maybe NTB I dunno, I am thinking I need to be a little picky when it comes to starting out because of experience gaining. I don't want to be jumping companies my first yr because it looks bad on your resume. But Thanks again!!:biggrin_2554:

    only one thing and this is justs my opinion .....I would find 3 different choices....research the companies you listed it might help you out!

    I'm with US Xpress i like them... the decision is yours there is alot of information on US Xpress here that i have posted.. they do have a website as well, lol they just haven't updated it since like 2000 lol
